| So, you know how I wrote a couple months ago about getting some bad news about my job? Well, a domino effect started by a resignation has allowed me to return to the job I lost back in March; I returned this past Monday, May 17th. I'm now a week in and, strangely enough, feel like I never left. My co-workers have been wonderfully welcoming in my return; they dubbed me "Boomerang Brent:" I've been surprised to find that, not only has this first week back been incredibly comfortable, in some ways, I feel more relaxed and "free" than I did during my first stint over here. I think that bodes well for the future. |
